The Cardiff youngsters that make up Save Your Breath released this EP early last year in the UK and have since been signed to Adeline Records who are now re-releasing the thing Stateside. I’ve always had a soft spot for poppunk when it’s done well and I doubt that will ever change. And as far as I’m concerned, Save Your Breath delivers on all accounts with “Nothing Worth Having Comes Easy”.
Did we really need another poppunk band? God no! But these guys are not even remotely trying to do anything new. They do however have everything that made Drive-Thru’s releases so much fun a couple of years ago, right down to the artwork… nostalgia’s a bitch!
