Okay, so who’s responsible for taking these guys off of their meds? You need to take more responsibility in your job! Hmmm, job… that’s what Left To Vanish remind me of… Job For A Cowboy. Where deathcore meets mathcore is where you’ll find Left To Vanish with foam coming from their mouths as they’re banging out brutal staccato parts which are intertwined with more atmospheric and spacy sounds. Normally I can’t stand this kinda stuff but today it works for me. Maybe it’s because of the breathing space that you’re allowed every now and then before being dragged back into these dudes’ not so fun universe.
It’s not too different from what bands like Suicide Silence and The Acacia Strain are doing but for some reason I can tolerate “Versus The Throne” a lot more than those other bands’ releases. Check it out if you think deathcore is sexy and you just can’t get enough.
