“They All Fall Down” is already The Creepshow’s third album and on it they dish out some more of those psychobilly tunes of theirs that go down ever so smoothly. This female-fronted outfit sounds kind of like the Horrorpops and comes armed with slick melodies and plenty of whoa whoa-singalong moments. They keep things up-tempo most of the time except for the song “Sleep TIght” which sounds like something you’d hear at a high school prom in the sixties.
This is not a very original album though and after a while it even gets kinda hard to distinguish the separate songs. Then again, it’s not like psychobilly is a genre that offers a lot of room for originality to begin with. The most important thing is that you do a good job and that’s exactly what these Cannucks are doing.
